Important Bat Information:
Please advise your players AND parents that if they are purchasing a new bat they must look for bats that match the new for 2009 little league rules as follows:
All bats for majors on down must be labeled with the BPF of 1.15 or less. All Majors and lower bats must be 2 1/4″ or less and all junior/senior/big league bats must be 2 5/8 inches or less and all senior/big league bats must be labeled that they meet the BESR performance standard. All bats for use in practice or games should have the Little League logo and should indicate the bat conforms to a bat performance factor of BPF 1.15 or lower. Any bat which does not clearly indicate such conformance is subject to confiscation and removal from the dug-out and field of play.
If you have any questions, read rule 1.10 in the 2009 LL baseball rule book.
All Managers and Coaches should take responsibility for making certain that there are no illegal pieces of equipment in their respective dugouts.
While Arden Little League does not necessarily provide baseball bats the league has a limited number of bats, if you should want one or two. These will be distributed by request on a first-come first-serve basis.

Other Important Notes:
- Minor / Major and Junior level managers should remind their families as soon as they are drafted not to make vacation plans for right after school gets out. The Tournament of Champions begins June 8th and runs to the All Stars which begin June 27th.
- Only approved coaches and managers are allowed in the dug-out. This is a rule with significant consequences if it is broken. With good reason. If you have a coach who has not yet been approved, please submit the necessary paperwork ASAP for the approval process. The forms are available in the forms library, with a link on the left side menu of this website. This is a huge issue for Little League headquarters and we can not play games without their support.
