Purchasing a new bat?

Thinking of purchasing a new bat? Please be aware of the new rules for 2009 season.
Little League (Majors) and below:
- All bats must be labeled with the BPF (bat performance factor) of 1.15 or less
- All bats shall not be more than thirty-three (33) inches in length nor more than two and one-quarter (2 1/4) inches in diameter
Junior, Senior, Big League:
- All bats must be two and five-eights (2 5/8) inches or less in diameter and must be labeled that they meet the BESR (Ball Exit Speed Ratio) performance standard
If you have any questions, please read rule 1.10 (.pdf) in the 2009 Little League Baseball Rule Book.
All Managers and Coaches should take responsibility for making certain that there are no illegal pieces of equipment ni their respective dugouts.
